Justin Joseph,

ATTORNEY & REAL ESTATE AGENT

Justin Joseph is graduated from the University of Denver Law School in 2000 and obtained his law license shortly after. Justin worked as a prosecutor in the Denver District Attorney’s office from 2000 trough 2004 where he prosecuted a variety of cases with the majority of those cases focusing on domestic issues related to couples experiencing issues within their marriage. Justin left the District Attorney’s office in 2004 when he formed his own firm specializing in divorce. During his time practicing divorce law, Justin worked extensively on the division of marital assets and which often included valuation on the couple's home and how to handle it in the dissolution process. That ignited Justin's passion for real estate and the associated intricacies in the divorce process.

In 2018 Justin joined LIV Sotheby’s International Realty and shortly after started Blueprint Divorce and Residential. The company marries his two passions in law and real estate. The Denver Metro Association of Realtors has consistently honored Justin with its coveted Excellence Award recognizing his high achievement. In 2019, the Colorado Judicial Branch certified Justin as an expert in real estate allowing him to testify in complex litigation involving the industry. Since 2020, 5280 Magazine has recognized Justin as a top producer in Denver. Justin works as an attorney in Denver handling divorce matters where the intersect with residential real estate. He is also a full-time realtor.

Jean Church,
Mediator

Jean Church, MA is a Divorce Mediator and Conflict Coach. Jean joined Blueprint Divorce and Residential in 2021 at its launch and helped implement the company's mediation process helping guide clients through the separation process. Jean has successfully helped hundreds of couples achieve mutual understanding about how to separate their marriages. Jean provides a professional, calm, clear process for couples in the throes of divorce with extensive knowledge of the Colorado Statutes and Court’s process. In addition to being a Mediator and Coach, Jean is also an Instructor for Mediation and Conflict Management. As a Somatic Practitioner with an MA in Somatic Psychology, she has a unique and passionate awareness and knowledge about the stress divorce can cause in your lives. When she is not mediating, you can find Jean on a Colorado trail or spending precious time with friends and family.

Ashley Ward
Blueprint Real Estate Broker

Ashley grew up in Baton Rouge, LA, and Houston, TX, where Southern hospitality, a warm and friendly demeanor, and a strong sense of community were instilled in her. She earned a Bachelor’s from UH and went on to get a Master’s from UTSA. Enchanted by Denver, she relocated to Colorado in 2020. In 2023, driven by a passion for Denver's real estate and an innate desire to serve others, Ashley obtained her Real Estate License. The unique homes and charm of each Denver neighborhood captivated her. She joined Justin Joseph at LIV Sothebys International Realty because of his unmatched expertise in the industry. Together, they've served numerous clients through the selling process. Her top priority is to ensure clients are well-informed and confident throughout the process.
